About us
We are an innovative custom manufacturer of UV/LED-light-curing gels for nail design. As such we can rely on extensive and profound know-how and long-time experience in the development and production of nail gels, colour- and glittergels and other special UV curing products for professional naildesign.
We create individual products or complete product lines according to customers demands, ideas and specific requirements. We materialise customers ideas from the development to the final production of the product and take care of all legislative concerns.
As Private Label producers we see ourselves as your partner who discreetly handles customers ideas and preserves the exclusivity of the product thoughout the whole product life period.

In our premises in Achim, Lower Saxony near Bremen, we maintain our own in-house laboratory, where skilled chemists of our Research and Development department formulate and develop countless proven applications. At same location we have our production facility including bottling, packaging and shipping departments.
Production is done by means of modern, highly sophisticated technology. All development and production processes are fully documented, including batch tracing. Thus we are fully compliant with the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Due to the individuality of our products we offer small as well as medium size batches/production volumes.
Order quantities of 1 kg are just as possible as quantities of 50 kg to 100 kg or even more. Bottling and packaging always depends on the specific product and is arranged interactively with the customer. For the UV/LED nailgel products we also offer filling in small jars (e.g. 5g, 15g, 30g or other, inclusive sealing) or nail polish bottles.

Products & Services
Our UV gels for fingernail cosmetics are developed and manufactured in accordance with EU cosmetics guidelines.
We produce individual products, but also have a standard range. Right from the start in January 2001, our main focus with all our gels was on good compatibility. The use of raw materials with a high level of purity was and is very important to us, as this allows us to obtain low-irritant products with a very low potential to trigger allergies.
Our R & D department is continously optimizing existing products and generating new products by observing the market for new raw materials.
Furthermore, our quality control department works continuously to ensure consistent quality from batch to batch.

Bonding Systems :
From classic polymerizable bonding gels with and without acid content to air-drying bonding agents, we are constantly breaking new ground in this area.
Modelling Gels :
The range of consistencies extends from liquid to stable, self-leveling, thixotropic and much more. In addition, from flexible, easy-to-file to hard, hard-wearing, cured end product.
Camouflage / Make-up Gels :
Our camouflage gels are available in various shades of pink, apricot, nude and beige. The gels are self-leveling, do not run into the edges and do not get hot when curing. We also guarantee that the pigments will not settle and that you will always get the same colour with every new batch you order.
Colour- and Effekt Gels :
Now it's getting colourful here !
In the meantime we have a colour palette of more than 2000 different colours in our range. There are plain, pearl and various glitter and effect colour gels. Twice a year we release a new series adapted to the current colour trend.
French Gels :
From highly opaque to milky transparent. From bright white to slightly natural tints or even with glitter particles, pretty much anything is possible.
Gloss Gels :
From the classic gloss gel with inhibition layer to the dry-curing gloss varnish in various consistencies, colourations and degrees of matting, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
Acryl Gels :
The combination of the classic acrylic system with UV/LED gel systems results in a product with interesting properties. Our acrylic gels are characterized by a rather dry, non-sticky consistency and can be modeled without using any other liquid. Colours and glitter effects are also possible here.
Gellack System :
Our 3-phase gel polish system is available in nail polish bottles in a wide range of colors, if desired to match the color gel range. This gel polish system is developed with an innovative new adhesion system and really allows a wearing time of at least 2 weeks.

In addition to all the products listed above, we also offer : Spider gels, 3D gels, cateye gels, stamping gels, painting gels, glue gel, aquarell system gels and nofile system gels in our portfolio.
